Hoe lang is de garantie en wat dekt deze?
We hebben after-sales centra in Europa, PVY 1 jaar garantie Accessoire: Structureel onderdeel - vork, zadelpen, stuur, stuurpen, remhendel, remmen, tandwiel, crankstel en duimschakelaar, Elektronisch onderdeel - oplader, controller, display, booster, schakelhendel, motor en schakelaar. (Als er binnen de bovenstaande garantieperiode een productprobleem optreedt, wordt het gratis vervangen door een nieuw exemplaar als het niet gerepareerd kan worden.) Voor het frame geldt een garantie van 10 jaar.
Moet de fiets na ontvangst nog worden gemonteerd?
Onze e-bikes zijn gloednieuw en worden in opgevouwen staat geleverd voor eenvoudige verzending. Met een montagegraad van 85% kun je ze gemakkelijk in elkaar zetten. Zodra je de doos opent, hoef je alleen de pedalen te monteren en de hoek van het stuur aan te passen aan je lengte en rijstijl. Het is een snel en probleemloos proces, zodat je in een mum van tijd op pad kunt.

The Z20 Max is my first ebike, it was decently easy to assemble (though I admittedly needed some help because I wasn't that familiar with assembling a bike), the manual is mostly useless for the assembly, it mainly talks about the different commands and settings. The bike itself feels sturdy, it just has to be tightened well (seatpost, handlebar height adjustment, handles, etc), it's heavy, but that's not an issue while riding it as the assist even on level 2 (out of 5) is more than enough to feel fast and nimble. Riding it is very enjoyable, the seat is decent enough and the adjustable handlebar is great for my height (185cm). The bike is fast, easy to unlock the maximum speed, easy to navigate, it's just an enjoyable ride all around. The two batteries fit in easily (note: the in frame battery needs the key to stay inserted during the ride so it works), the range is realistically around 100 km with pedal assist 3 and above, less if throttle is used a lot. The only little issue I have with the bike is the creaking of the handlebar where the folding mechanism is, and the fact that it moves a tiny bit, which I can't seem to fix no matter how much I try to tighten it. However, this is a very minor issue and doesn't impact the sturdiness and the feel of the bike at all.

Heerlijke fiets voor in de stad, gebruiksvriendelijk en behendig. Enige nadeel vond ik dat de accessoires en de fiets los van elkaar werden verzonden en ik daardoor de fietstas, slot en gereedschapstasje pas 3 weken later heb ontvangen. De telefoonhouder die volgende de informatie wordt meegeleverd heb ik helaas nooit ontvangen, ondanks dit wel gemeld te hebben.

The e-Bike was fantastic. I really like it. The second battery that looks like a bottle needs additional security, so when the bike is turned off and the key is removed ,the bike can not start.

I can say that at first I got it to do some exercise and lose some weight because of my daily work I couldn't do anything else. But I've had it for about 2 weeks now and I can say that I no longer use any other means of transportation to go anywhere. The only flaw that I can say I saw but it's minor is where the steering wheel locks when you fold it, it wobbles a little but after a few rides you get used to it and you don't notice anything.

Es war eine gute Entscheidung dieses Rad zu kaufen und ich bin sehr glücklich damit. Man kann über Kleinigkeiten meckern, aber bei dem Preis muss man es sich verkneifen. Ich fahre damit zur Arbeit (23km/Strecke).

De elektrische fiets is erg goed, maar de klantenservice was nog beter. Ik mailde ze over de weeklange vertraging bij de levering van de fiets, en hun reactie was vriendelijk en attent. Ze gaven me zelfs een fietstas cadeau. Dankjewel!

Good but be better
Hi, another happy customer here. The bike is cool and joy to ride. Delivery time as promised. The front wheel rim black paint and reflector were damaged by transportation. I added photo. Did 60km test yesterday, up and down over bridges. Battery after the 60km trip showed less than half but wasn't empty I could do more km. But then I found out I wasn't using the external battery , I forgot to press the button on, so I guess could do much more kms. The bike feels safe and confident, the acceleration feels strong, not weak. To say in short, I like it. In the box weren't phone holder gift and tool bag gift as the website promises.

I can not fault this bike. I use it everyday day cycling to work since I purchased it. I did take off the frame battery. Don't really need it and to make it light to carry up stairs into the flat. Still a bit heavy however, it will be for a strong sturdy bike. I don't use the the throttle at all. Having the gears you really only need the peddle assist and you can fly down those roads. I have only had one flat tire so far which is good considering I've had the bike for over 7 months now and the roads have terrible pot holes and I drive over tram lines twice a day. Seat is quite hard with all the bumps on the road. So replaced right away. However, that's the only little thing I can say negative about this bike. I had to get a replacement on bike battery casing as it was damaged on arrival. I was sent a YouTube video to how to replace it. I took it off so I could ride the bike. However I never replace it. It was a tad to complicate for me to do.

It came with the wrong seat post to small, and the key to start the bike is stiff. The box that the bike came in was quite damaged. The bike rides really well.

Comodissima per muoversi in città collinari come Perugia, piccola nota negativa è l'ammortizzatore posteriore un po' duro e il cambio marce poco preciso. Si usa molto bene anche senza acceleratore come la legge Italiana "desidera". Sono soddisfatto dell' acquisto, ciao!
